What is the HIZHAK grill brazier?
The HIGAK grill brazier is a multifunctional low-smoke stainless steel grill system designed for comfortable outdoor cooking. It is an ideal all-in-one solution for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables.
What is the feature of the “low-smoke technology”?
The secret lies in the double-wall construction and efficient air circulation: oxygen is supplied from below, the fire bowl heats up quickly, and smoke gases are reburned inside the unit. As a result, the fuel burns much more efficiently, smoke is significantly reduced, and heat is distributed evenly and consistently.
What is included in the grill set?
The grill comes ready to use out of the box. The basic set includes: the grill brazier itself, a grill grate, and a special cauldron stand. Please note that skewers are not included, but the grill has slots for exactly 6 skewers.
What fuel is best for cooking?
The grill system is versatile and operates on both charcoal and dry hardwood firewood.
What material is the body made of? Will it burn through over time?
The body of the HIGAK grill brazier is made of high-quality stainless steel. This material is resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, ensuring a long service life even with frequent use.
What can you cook on this grill?
The grill is designed for versatile cooking: you can grill classic shashlik (fits 6 skewers), cook steaks on the grill grate, and also prepare dishes like pilaf or shurpa in a cauldron. The air intake control handle allows you to easily adjust the intensity of the fire for different dishes.
Is the HIZHAK convenient to take outdoors?
Yes, the grill features adjustable legs that lock in two height positions. When folded, it takes up minimal space and has compact dimensions, making it highly convenient for storage and transportation.

How do you properly care for a stainless steel grill?
Thanks to the built-in removable grate, ash cleaning takes minimal time. It is recommended to clean the grill grate and inner walls only after the metal has completely cooled, using barbecue brushes and mild detergents to avoid damaging the steel.
Can the grill be used in a gazebo or on a covered terrace?
The manufacturer strictly recommends using the grill brazier only in open spaces for fire safety reasons.
