Privacy Policy

These Privacy Policy Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are an integral part of the Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Public Offer”). Terms and definitions used in these Rules are identical to those used in the main text of the Public Offer.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

1.1. Confidential information means any identifying information received by the Company from a Visitor and/or User during their stay on the Company’s websites and/or while using the Services provided by the Company. This information may, if necessary, be used to contact the User and/or Visitor both online and by other means. Personal data is a component of confidential information provided by the User and/or Visitor exclusively on a voluntary basis and with their consent. Providing confidential information is not mandatory to access the Company’s resources; however, in such a case, some sections of the Services may be unavailable.

1.2. Confidential information includes:

personal data;
cookies;
server logs.

1.3. Personal data includes:

first and last name;
email address;
mobile phone number;
geolocation data determining the location of the mobile device on which the application for accessing the Service is installed.

1.4. Confidential information is collected for the purpose of:
– user registration;
– ensuring the operation of the Website;
– improving the Company’s Services;
– enabling changes to the User’s account in unforeseen situations (e.g., password recovery in case of theft);
– contacting the User to confirm orders and determine delivery methods.

2. Use of Personal Information

2.1. The Company undertakes not to facilitate the dissemination of Users’ personal data and not to transfer such information to third parties, except in the following cases:
– the User has voluntarily and explicitly chosen to disclose such information;
– personal data is subject to disclosure in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
– the User has violated the Public Offer;
– with the prior consent of the User, explicitly expressed through the Services of the resource.

3. User Posting of Personal Information While Using the Resource

3.1. The User may, at their own discretion, provide any information about themselves to third parties while using the Resource. Such information is considered publicly available, and therefore the Company bears no responsibility for the consequences of such actions by the User.

3.2. The User guarantees that the information provided to third parties and the Company will not:
– be false, inaccurate, or misleading;
– contribute to fraud, deception, or abuse of trust;
– violate or infringe upon the property rights, trade secrets, or privacy of third parties;
– incite criminal activity or promote interethnic hostility;
– contain defamatory statements, insults to honor, dignity, or business reputation, or threats;
– be obscene or contain pornographic or erotic content;
– use anything other than a real photo of the User as a profile picture (the face must be clearly visible and occupy at least 50% of the image);
– contain computer viruses or other malicious programs aimed at causing harm, unauthorized access, interception, or data appropriation;
– contain advertising materials;
– otherwise violate the legislation of Ukraine.

4. Collection and Storage of Confidential Information

4.1. The Company collects, stores, and uses confidential information in strict accordance with these Rules. The Company takes all necessary measures to ensure proper storage and use of the information obtained. Collection of confidential information occurs automatically when visiting the resource and using the Company’s Services, as well as when the User and/or Visitor fills out the provided forms.

4.2. The Company makes every effort to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to confidential information and its improper use; however, it bears no responsibility in the event that third parties gain access to such information. In case of disputes related to the use of the resource, Services, or other situations предусмотренных законодательством Украины или Публичной офертой, the User and/or Visitor undertakes to provide the Company with personal data upon request, including in written form. The Company reserves the right to store all confidential information related to the User for 5 years after the User ceases using the resource, including updated and modified personal data.
