Exchange and return

If the purchased product does not suit you for any reason (shape, dimensions, color, size, or other characteristics), you have the right to exchange it within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

The exchange of goods of proper quality is possible under the following conditions:

• the product has not been used;
• its original appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
• there are no signs of use such as scratches, chips, scuffs, or mechanical damage;
• the product is in the same condition as at the time of delivery to the customer.

If the requested product is unavailable at the time of return or exchange, you may:

• wait until it is back in stock;
• receive a refund equal to the value of the product.
